Hi, I’m Brooke.

My mission is to make every workday a little brighter and a lot more rewarding for business owners and employees, because everyone deserves to say, “I love my job!”. I’m here to ensure that you have the tools and resources you need to find your company’s HR sweet spot.

I have held many roles in HR and have worked with employers and employees in states across the US. I was drawn to consulting because it requires me to use creativity and problem solving to address my clients’ issues and engage their teams. I enjoy taking complex ideas and processes and making them easier to interact with and understand.

I received my Business Degree from the University of Oregon (Go Ducks!) with a concentration in Entrepreneurship, dreaming that I would one day have the opportunity to start my own business. In August of 2024, that dream became a reality. As a business owner, my work brings me so much meaning and excitement. Everyday is different and that makes it fun! I hope to be able to bring this energy and joy of work to you and your employees.

When I am not working, I enjoy listening to comedy podcasts, whipping up meals with my many kitchen appliances, and spending time outside, whether it’s on the lake, on a hike, or just relaxing in the sun.
